A new Chief Operating Officer has been nominated

Gisp strengthens its executive team with the nomination of a Chief Operating Officer.
In order to leverage Gisp growth plan, Paulo Jardim has been nominated Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for the business functions and managing all operating activities.

Paulo Jardim main goals are to consolidate the company operating areas, driving the path to operating effectiveness and business volume growth.

Paulo Jardim was one of Gisp co-founders being in the board of directors between 1990 and 2000. In 2001 he joined Accenture Consulting as Telecom and Media Unit Manager where he led several projects in management consulting, telecommunications and  systems implementation.

Later, in 2005, Paulo Jardim joined AdQuam as Information Technology Senior Manager where he was accountable for accomplishing the stated project objectives. Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the projects constraints with a special emphasis on project finance results.

In the last two years, he took the Financial Director role in Invesfer and Parque Escolar. It was under his responsibilities the definition and implementation of the financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and human resources.
