A new Project Manager has been nominated

GSoft increases its team with the nomination of a Project Manager, Ana Rita Varela, in order to continue its stategic goal of improving management skills.

Ana Rita Varela holds a BSc degree, since 2003, in informatics and computer engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico. In that same year she joined Deloitte and, as consultant, participated on several projects in management consulting and systems implementation, mainly in public administration and in the health sector. 

Later, in 2005, Ana Rita Varela joined Siemens as Project Manager where she had the responsibility to lead the project teams and to be the interface to the client, making sure that the stated project objectives were met. She led major projects, particularly in banking and energy sector.

In 2009, Ana Rita Varela has received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, by the internationally recognized Project Management Institute (PMI).

At GSoft, Ana Rita Varela will be responsible for Project Management, quality and process improvement and will be participating at GSoft's software standardization process.
